plugbar 1 problems

Hi, can anyone help me. I have this problem where plugbar 1 keeps switching itself off and the computor refuses to acknowledge any existance of it, even after disconnecting all cables and reinstalling, I also have plugbar 2 installed and this is working fine , i have tried changing the computor controller cable over but this still doesn't solve the problem ( which occurs during the night when nothing is on in the tank apart from top ups ). I have the latest firmware and this hasn't solved the problem. I have a aquatronica computor which is less than 12 months old as the other one had programme problems and had to be exchanged for a new one, after only three years of usage.  I am becoming increasingly concerned that i have wasted my money on this aquatronica computor system because of all the faults which have become apparent after the warrenty expires.

I have found that i can power the plugbar up manually but the computor won't recognise individual plugs. I have changed the plugbars over taking out the controller cable and putting it into the other plugbar and it will register that plugbar with no problems. I have also deleted all programmes in the controller and reinstalled the two plugbars but it still will not register the one plugbar.
