Can't Callibrate Doser Pumps

I have just purchased a dosing pump module however I cannot get it to calibrate.
When I try to calibrate it using the controller(ACQ001) I get the message: Unable to calibrate Calibration value is too low. I have changed it from 40 up to 200 but the message remains the same.
When I attempt calibration using the Aquatronica Software I get the message: Attention: Unable to calibrate the selected pump, error code 2.

The controller is updated to V7, the doser module is at V3.

I have discovered the problem, I had misunderstood the instructions. I have theerfore written the instructions below for dummies like me:

Attach the inlet of the pump to a source of liquid, place the outlet from the pump into the calibration vial provided. Press the button on the pump to pump liquid through until it starts to drip out of the outlet. Empty any liquid from the calibration vial and replace the outlet tube.

On the interface  from the Main Menu choose Dosing Pump -> Select Pump -> the pump -> Calibration

Return to the pump and press the button until the calibration tube is filled to the 50 ml mark.

Return to the interface change the Millilitres to 50 using the up/down arrows and then press enter. Job done.
