After recently downloading the latest updates from your website, a few days later the controller started to first freeze sending the date to go back to 3/2/08 and then it began to lock me out so i had to switch it off manually and re-start it , resetting date and times, only now it has begun to get more frequent until it locks immediately after being turned on. Sometimes it refuses to come back on at all and all i get is a blank black screen. This as you can imagine is causing immense stress to my livestock as well as my halide lighting. The Aquatronica controller controls my lighting, pH, cooling, temp and monitoring ORP as well as water levels. Also it will no longer allow my computor to connect to it to keep track of data etc. Please can someone advise on what to do to rectify this.

You can unplug the controller, remove the four(4) screws on the back and open. disconnect the backup battery for a couple of hours. Reassemble. The device should reset.
