Hi,

first af all download the last software version from the site at the downolad page, at this page you can find also the new ATEN drivers if you are using the serial/usb interface sold by Aquatronica, and if you are using the Aten converter download also this.

Install the downloaded Aquatronica SW and then the new drivers, if everything is ok you will be able to connect. If you still have problems check that the serial/usb driver don't locate the IRQ higher then 10, if it's located to a higher number, change it to a lower like 7.

The interface don't need any power supply, the hole you find is just for the programming.
