Bus disconected

Dear sir..

I have a problem with my computer aquatronica. Sometimes it say  that the "divice disconected" and then can not recognize any plugs ..
It happens without, I have touched something or made some changes ..
I have updated to the latest software ..
What can be problem?

Hi Julie,

you have the computer alwais connected to the controller? if the answer is yes, the problem should be this, sometimes the computers send via USB/RS232 signals and this interrupt the PC connection to the controller.

Another possibility is the cable that has a problem, and the last possibility I can immagine is due to Radio Frequency problems.

Are you using the new controller version or the old one? as interface you are using the USB interface or the RS232 plus the converter, and the converter is the ATEN one or another?

I have not the computer connected to the aquatronica at the time..

It is the old version of the controler.

It is a usb connection.

Is is the latest software.

Do you have a new cable- from the controler to the power bar you can send me???

Do you have the controller updated to the last Firmware?

When the controller says "Device disconnected", it says also what device is disconnected? can you please tell me the configuration of your Aquatronica system?

If you need a new cable, it can be ordered from your distibutor, but I'm not shure the cable is the problem.
