Problem connecting level and temperature sensors to my power unit

Posted by willinsuffolk at January 26. 2010

I have two power units that have been working fine no problems.

Now one of the plug bars will not recognise when I plug in either the controller, a temperature or a level sensor.

When I plug in either the temperature or a level sensor into it, a message on the controller displays 'unrecognised device, disconnect and press any key'

All the usb ports for other sensors work fine. All of the power sockets work fine as well.

Do you know what the problem is?

Hi willinsuffolk,

have you already tried to reset the controller?

Hi Gilberto,
how do I reset the controller (its the older model)

I did try and fill out a technical support form for this problem but it would not accept it without the serial number of the unit. I cant find the serial number of the unit unless its under the large velcro pad which I didnt want to remove.

Regards,
Will

Hi,
just realised I can reset from the options on the controller, I will give that a shot :)
