Dosing Pump

Hello,

I had dosing pump was working about couple of weeks. Then controller told suddenly it is disconnected. I checked power was on and USB cable was ok. And buttons on pumps are working ok. Now it cannot recognize whatever I do. I reset controller no luck, I changed USB cable no luck. I connect USB to PC and File- Update for unlocking devices and didn't help. Nw I cannot use dosing pump at all.

Please advice immediately what to do ? I am living in Finland bought pump from Netherland via internet.

have you already tried a reset? If not I think this is the first thing to do.
