2nd Plug Bar

I have a problem with the 2nd plug bar attached to the system.  several times a day at random intervals all plugs power off on the s2nd plugnar and within 15seconds all plugs then power back to their original state!!  The control unit shows the pugbar is still oconnected , but no symbols above any of the plugs,.

I have latest software and was wondering if there is a solution to this.....

I also have this problem but it is with the 1st plug bar.

The first plugh bar has firmware 2.2 and the second plug bar has 1.2 firmware.

I have now disconnected the second plug bar to see if that is the problem.

Is there away of updating the firmware in the plug bar?

I would like to see this problem fixed.

Can someone please answer the above question since I have the same problem.

Once again, could someone answer this. I am now also getting the same problem. Randomly, one of the plug bars just powers off. It happns to be the bar with my lights. I can't see anything that could be tripping it (when it powers off). And it only seems to have started recently. I've had the same set up for a couple of years now.

the problem should not be on the Power Unit, are you using the last FW?

The power off can be a problem due to RF, are you using HQI? with electronic ballast?
