I have installed and monitor more than 15 Aquatronica systems. The product is great BUT !!!

1) SMS module dose not sms "receivers" if sms module is switched off. Both "receivers" think sms module is working and all is well.

2) SMS module dose not sms "receivers" if ethernet module is disconected or switched off.

3) SMS module dose not sms "receivers" if Dosing pump is disconected or switched off.

4) Ethernet module dose not e-mail "receivers" if sms module is switshed off.

5) Ethernet module dose not e-mail "receivers' if dosing pump switched off.

6) Dosing pumps do not display on live monitoring over the internet. How do you know if they are working? (ethernet or SMS)?????

7) Dosing pumps do not consider the volume of the agent and when it will run out.

We were under the impresion that the dosing pump moduls will reflect on the real time monitoring over the internet (ethernet). We were very disapointed when we updated the new firmware today.
