I updates my firmware in mid-january and since i have been getting little errors occuring. The display would freeze and need resetting, the time and date would change to wrong date and again need resetting. Then a few days ago my top-up failed to shut off which resulted in a small flood, again the controller froze needing resetting. I have now decided to update to the latest firmware however i cannot connect to the cotroller via my pc anymore, it starts to aquire, thenn load data but then just stops connecting.

When i try to update the firmware an error message "it is not possible to connect with controller for updating! (A05).

I now have nothing on the display at all.

some guidance if possible please.

try to update again, if the PC won't connect to the controller try to update the drivers of the RS232-USB adapter.
