display on control unit not working

the display on my control unit it completely blank. Nothing is working. If I switch the switch on the power unit to MAN the devices that are plugged into the power strip will turn on. The model number is ACQ001 mat. 001-0221. Can someone help figure out whats going on here? Thanks.

Hi davidragan,
you have to unplug the controller from the Power Unit and wait about 15 hours that the battery will finish the charge. If you don't like to wait you can open the controller unscrewing the 4 screws and unplug the battery from the controller, this have not to be done if you'r under warranty.
I think you are using an old firmware, when the controller will work again you will have to update with the newer FW.
