connexion problem

Hi

I' used the controller on a computer working with windows XP, and everithngi was OK. Now I changed my computer, with a windows 7 OS. When I try to connect to the controller via USB plug, I always get the answer: "connection problem. Device not found". If I go back to the "old" one, works fine.

Indeed my USB plugs are working fine on the new laptop...

Has anyone a solution?

Aquatronica have been tested on Windows 7 and it works, did you install the Aquatronica program as Administrator ?

Have you checked that the driver recognize the interface when you connect it?
