Hi ive in total 7 Uk head units

Two are totaly blank and dont light up

One simply tells me when plugged in its downloading

Ive nearly 18 plug bars, none of these work with each other as it goes properly hence why so many head units

All under 1 year old!

Ive countless problems , Jezz wont contact me despite me leaving messages at STM anglia aquatic etc

Ive 2 x 5 foot solarium units, one caught fire within days of putting up

Ive a phyto reactor that simply wont work sustainably and used for a month

All UK ITC products

Ive tried n tried to get some answers or replacements on al of the above

Ive reciepts etc and will seek UK legal advice now

Im asking for help, seriously with the aquatronica, ive a lot of money tied up in units that dont work

so whilst waiting i have to purchase another unit as shops dont carry units to replace faulty goods

can anyone help me?

Your UK distributor simply dont contact etc, im happy to line them all up including the many interfaces and probes etc and put it on the forums

G, you must be doing something very wrong. Of the 40 something PU units i have installed only one went faulty. In fact i have only had 1 power unit, one Density probe and a PH interface whose Bnc conector was broken. All were replaced without question.

The only problems i have encounted was about a a year ago the downloads gave me beens and comunication errors with the serial interface. These problems seem to be fixed.

We are in South africa and get good service from the distributor here.

Contact Aquatronica service, They gave me very good service when i had a problem.

Keep faith the product is very good and is improving all the time.
