Are Aquatronica goods inherantly faulty ?
I have had to waste yet another £160 pounds on a new power unit as my computor refused to accept there were any plugs on my old power unit. It would find the power unit just not accept there was anything plugged into it, so after only 3 years use and trying to get help from the forum to no avail i had to buy a new one ( i am REALLY angry about this , reason ;- you cannot get to speak with anyone who can help ( aquatronica customer services ) i have even had trouble emailing their distibutors ) Now the power unit refuses to acknowledge my redox and my pH probe, it keeps telling me new device unable to connect unknown device. Now tell me that i have spent my money wisely. I have all the latest firmware, and have also gone as far as to put the probes into my other powerunit and they still will not work. even though they were working fine till the original power unit decided to stop working. I am beginning to wonder why Aquatronica only gives you 6 months for probes and 24 months for other equipment. My guess is because it is all faulty. It is also the second controller i have had in the past 4 years.

Hi alana,
I think you can solve the problem of the Power Unit not recognizing the pH, Redox probes/modules making a reset on the controller.
For the fault Power Unit you can ask for repairs / substitutions at this link http://www.aquatronica.com/support
