plug bar wont work

hi all got my aquatronica starter unit from stm just over a year ago was the best ever thing i bought for my reef tank well worth the money problem is my plug bar doesnt work tryed every thing resetting the controller but wasnt that got alone of my friends plug bar and everything is ok so must be the plug bar is there anyway this can be fixed please hope to hear from you soon kind regaeds edward atkinson

I understood that the Power Bar is not working, but when you connect it to the Controller, the Controller "sees" the Power Unit?

hi gilberto thanks for your quick reply bought it from stm on the 30/06/08 but hard to see the serial number have receipt also. its a great  piece of equipment and couldnt live without it hopeing there is some how i can get it fixed tryed to submit on the com support but wont let me hope you can help kind regards edward atkinson
